  • Values are key concepts that feel important to you, such as creativity, adventure, achievement and compassion.
  • Find a list of values online and go through the list. Choose your top 5-10 values and start to think about how much (or little) you incorporate those values into your life.
  • Try setting goals based on your most important values.
  • Spend more time with people who have similar values to you.
